- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential candidates
- Schedule participants and maintain accurate project records
- Perform targeted web research and database searches to identify prospects
- Track recruitment metrics, call volume, and participation goals
- Build rapport with gatekeepers and participants while overcoming objections
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with project requirements and timelines
What You Need to Bring to the Research Interviewer Role: - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and confident phone presence
- Ability to type 45+ words per minute and accurately enter data
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Previous telemarketing, recruiting, call center, or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and meet daily performance goals
- Reliable transportation to Bloomington, MN
