Documents

These are Gamblewood Community Club documents that may be of use to you, your realtor or title company. An effort will be made to keep the last ten years of annual meeting minutes and fiscal reports available here, as well as relevant historical documents such as bylaws and covenants. In some cases the original document will predate the age of word processors and only exist in typed and copied form, in that case we will try to make both an original copy available as a PDF and also a retyped version for easier reading.

For realtors and others involved in property transactions (and memebers who may need reminding), GCC annual dues are a state-low $75. This money is primarily used for upkeep and improvements to our common property (waterfront and play parks). To find out what is owed on a property you are dealing with, please fill out and submit the form at the bottom of the Dues page.

Please note that in the case of the GCC covenants, there are several versions out there from 1967-1968 that are identical in content, the only difference being the dates and plat number as Gamblewood was brought into existence in groups of lots at a time: The one provided here is for Division #2 but is materially the same as the other divisions — the re-typed version is provided for clarity.

Community Watch Info

The following documents were provided by the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office to prevent crime, support the recovery of stolen goods, and help you remember key details that will allow suspects to be effectively identified. While we do not have a formal Community Watch program in Gamblewood, the principals are valuable to follow and can help make our neighborhood a safer place to live. Individual members are encouraged to pursue an official program with the Sheriff’s department (it was their feeling that our community as a whole was probably too large to make an effective unit, but smaller sections/blocks may be ideal candidates if a few neighbors take up the effort).
